Leadership

Spencer Reich

Founder and CEO

Spencer advises institutions on AI strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue acceleration across finance, asset management, and enterprise technology. He brings over 20 years of experience spanning finance, technology, and business building.

Previously, Spencer was Senior Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Boosted.ai, where he helped scale the company from a pre-revenue startup into a leader in AI for investing. He built and led the business development, sales, marketing, and customer success functions, added more than 100 institutional clients, and helped raise over $40 million in growth capital.

 

Earlier in his career, Spencer was a portfolio manager at Tiger Management, reporting directly to Julian Robertson, and began his career at Goldman Sachs. He earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Duke University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.
